It's a nice product, my wife liked it, but the price is a bit high for what you get (maybe it was the timing of my purchase, during the holiday season). The popcorn is good, the powdered salt/flavorings are ok, but not really worth the extra money over a simple bag of store-brand popcorn from the grocery store, some butter and salt. In fact, some of the kernal types pop very small. The bowl is nice, very heavy and holds enough for 2.

(More customer reviews)This is a really great concept with the "old maid" catcher in the bottom; however we've discovered that the ink runs from oil, butter and even hot water, often staining other dishes, dishcloths, etc. It would be great to sell a version without the ink on it...because other than that factor, this is a great way to enjoy popcorn.

Only thing I wish is that it was a little bit bigger but it is an individual size so I did expect it to be small to medium in size. The bowls are nice and durable. A nice hefty weight to it, not cheaply made. Plus, it was delivered less then a week to my home, which is a good thing because I live in Hawaii. These are a great inexpensive way to make into gift sets.

I used the container to hold a DVD, a package of popcorn, and 2 packs of hot chocolate. I wrapped it all up with cellophane and a bow. It was beautiful! And they can use the container for their popcorn. I was very happy with the product for the price.

The kids had fun and liked the whole theater atmosphere with the cups, popcorn machine, and projector, etc. I highly recommend a simple home theater. We have so much fun with the movies, video games and internet projected to a 9'x16' image. These cups just add to the ambience of the evenings. And BONUS! They do not have to be washed, lol. Munch and toss. :)
