(Well, except that when it comes to my tastes and health, I'd rather make the decisions myself, rather than having them dictated by the overzealous, bureaucratic, idiots in the government! It's a quaint idea known as "freedom" and is not to be confused with the stupid "progressive" ideal of "freedom from responsibility." Okay, I'll step down off my soapbox (for a moment anyway.)

Just heat up the oil in the kettle, pour 1-2 tablespoons of this excellent flavoring into the bottom of the measuring cup, then fill with popcorn kernels. When the oil is hot add the corn and seasoning to the pot. Out pops delicious crispy kettlecorn! We wish this flavor came in a giant size!!

(More customer reviews)In case you couldn't tell from my one-word title, I hate this flavor. It consists of Palm fruit oil and "artificial flavors". I'm not sure what artificial flavors they used, but it looks like a yellow-colored powdery substance similar to the powdered cheese on cheese curls (but nowhere near as good).
I'm going back to Orville Redenbacher's "Light Natural" with "50% less fat". It's 100% natural palm fruit oil, plus some salt. True it's 50 calories more per bag, but that's trivial, and the taste is MUCH better than this artificial stuff.

We tried some of this on a whim from our local Costco once. It is amazing. Even though there is great care needed to pop it just the right amount of time (the sugary stuff burns quickly), it is so very, very worth it. As others have said, it's like the fresh kind made in a kettle. It's no sweet flavored popcorn, it actually has the sweet/salty coating on the popped kernels. Delicious. Much like others, I have bought and split a case with another family before. it was gone in a flash.
In my opinion, if you're going to try and eat healthy popcorn to stave off hunger of something, buy the "healthy choice" stuff or get a hot air popper. But if you want to truly ENJOY popcorn ... this is it.

I had burned kernels my first few times but discovered a tip from a competing brand.
Microwave a couple cups of water in your microwave right before you do the popcorn.
Our mw is an 1100 watt unit and I use 90% power for 2:05...comes out perfectly nearly all the time
Don't leave the water in when you pop the bag of corn.
