(More customer reviews)...just got a little better with the additional of this 4 flavor sampler of popcorn seasonings. We like popcorn and used to be able to find the cheddar seasonings pretty regularly, but it seemed of late it was harder to find the seasonings. This is just the right size, a 3oz sampler with a container that is approx. 3" high. Nice wide holes in the top of each compartment allow a generous amount to be shaken onto the freshly popped corn, and I have not had the problem of the seasoning clumping at all in the container, which has happened with some of the others I've purchased. My husband and I liked all of the flavors, but my favorite was the Zesty Cheddar (I'm the cheese lover) and he enjoyed the movie butter. One thing I will caution is that that flavor seemed to be saltier, so I would use less seasoning when using the movie butter. Creamy ranch was nice with a little hit of sweetness like the dressing and the Buttery Jalapeno was delicious with just a bit of a kick. I would also caution using too much if you don't want quite as much kick to it. I would definitely buy this again and would also consider putting it in a gift pack with popcorn, a movie rental pass or a dvd as part of a movie themed gift, it is the perfect size and would be cute as part of a gift basket. Two thumbs up on this one!

(More customer reviews)For years, I have looking for popcorn seasonings in the supermarkets and have no luck. Glad to find it in Amazon but it didn't list how much sodium it contains. Contacted the seller and received unclear answers. Ordered two of each four different seasonings because of high shipping cost. I find this seasoning too sweety so you might want to watch it out if you have weight issues. The taste is both equally mix of apple and cinnamon.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this to use in my popcorn machine. I was uneasy about how the kettle would handle this product, but since I have a great kettle cleaner I went ahead and ordered it. I am sure glad that I did because this is FABULOUS! It leaves no mess in the kettle at all. When it starts to pop the first kernels that come out are the best coated ones and then as more pop they get less coated, but if you mix them all together I think you get great flavor. Just remember this is a sticky coating when it first comes out so unpopped kernels stick to the popped ones so watch out for those. Still a great tasting product that I will keep purchasing... Just so you know I love this flavor, but a few friends said they did not like the flavor itself.

(More customer reviews)I bought a rather over-the-top large quantity of flavored popcorn for my mom for Christmas 2009 after she mentioned how much she missed getting those huge tins of popcorn for gifts in recent years.
Anyway, this flavor was tasty, but we prefer the White Cheddar flavor. This flavor didn't have quite as much of a cheesy kick as the white.
Also, if you order this for a gift, you want to buy some extra large Ziploc bags to double bag the popcorn. Otherwise, the delicious scent will give away your secrets!
Mom really enjoyed her present.

(More customer reviews)Like so many others, we love bacon but must avoid it for health reasons. So when we heard of this product -- and its companion spread, Baconnaise -- we ordered every flavor made, for ourselves and for gifts to family and friends, from Amazon and from the company website.
We weren't disappointed. Every flavor is authentically, satisfyingly "bacony". And despite the name, it's not at all salty; low-sodium versions are available, which means bacon lovers (even vegetarians) can satisfy their yearnings without the health risks associated with heavy animal fats.
BTW, one thing we especially appreciate about Bacon Salt's makers (two high-tech guys who, over a meal, confessed that they'd always wished everything could taste like bacon, then funded their venture with $10K won on "America's Funniest Home Videos") is their "Operation Bacon Salt," in which orders shipped from the company to APO addresses sell for half-price. It's refreshing to find a firm that will not only ship to APO addresses (not all do), but will actually do something generous for our men and women who serve in the military. It's a cool (and legal) way, too, to get that lovely, bacony flavor to military personnel who serve in countries where bacon and other pork products are not permitted.
Try all the flavors. And try the yummy Baconnaise, too; it comes in regular and "lite" versions, and lets you make a low-calorie, low-sodium, zero cholesterol BLT that will just about make any bacon-lover's day. It's also wonderful on a baked potato.
We have no commercial interest in the company, and do (and will continue to do) most of our shopping on Amazon. We're just big fans of Bacon Salt products, happy to see their products available here.

Paragon Butter Flavored Seasoning Salt Review

(More customer reviews)Butter flavored popcorn salt is an important part of the popping process!
I find the product works best when added to the kernels before popping; rather than trying to add it to popped corn. I use 1/4 tsp. for every 1/4 cup of kernels. With the oil already starting to heat in the kettle (just long enough to liquify it), I spread the kernel/salt mix evenly over the oil.
When I ordered this, I thought it was a small bottle. Note that it's actually a liter bottle, which is pretty big when you see it. However, that just makes the value even better.
It isn't the same exact flavor that is used at my theater. However, it is very similar and still very good.
