It is regular pop corn that pops up huge and can be used to make plain, kettle or caramel corn. Thanks Wabash Valley Farms. I won't order it again, the shipping costs more than the popcorn, and it was expensive. But we're so happy with what we have. I don't like "yellow" popcorn, I don't like microwave popcorn, I like the "white" popcorn cooked in a pan. For my "popping style" the Baby White pops great w/o lots of hard kernels. 'nuf said.
